Patient Resources
Your Health. Our Priority.

Our Process

Unlike most other clinics, at Proformance Rehab, we are dedicated to providing hour-long, one on one appointments with a licensed practitioner.  With a combined experience of over 100 years of clinical practice, our PTs are expertly trained, hold advanced Doctorate-level degrees, are board-certified in Orthopedics, and hold certifications in advanced manual therapy techniques.

We will take a detailed history, conduct a systems review, observe your movement in space as you perform certain activities, and perform tests and measures to identify potential and existing problems.  We will determine the biomechanical causes of your dysfunction and the sources of your pain. We collaborate with you to form meaningful and achievable goals and develop a treatment plan.

Through skillful application of the best evidence-based knowledge and techniques, combined with our commitment to your education and self-care, we will help restore normal movement, reduce or alleviate your pain and get you back to PROFORMING at the highest level!

Quality Care for a Better Quality of Life.

Exercise & Training

Ultimately, function and sport/activity-specific training are completed to enable you to return to your desired level of activity.  You will be educated in exercises that are tailored to your individual goals.  We will always instruct you in a home exercise program so you can manage your situation as independently as possible.
