What We Do
Unlike most other clinics, at Proformance Rehab, we are dedicated to providing hour-long, one on one appointments with a licensed practitioner. We do not utilize “PT aides” and you won’t be pawned off to multiple providers. We will take a detailed history, conduct a systems review, observe your movement in space as you perform certain activities, and perform tests and measures to identify potential and existing problems. We will determine the biomechanical causes of your dysfunction and the sources of your pain.
We collaborate with you to form meaningful and achievable goals and develop a treatment plan. Through skillful application of the best evidence-based knowledge and techniques, combined with our commitment to your education and self-care, we will help restore normal movement, reduce or alleviate your pain and get you back to PROFORMING at the highest level!
“Very positive experience. They truly care on a personal level with your recovery and are very very knowledgeable and explain it well.”- Anmol
With a combined experience of over 100 years of clinical practice, our PTs are expertly trained, hold advanced Doctorate-level degrees, are board-certified in Orthopedics, and hold certifications in advanced manual therapy techniques.
Committed to excellence in care.

Movement System Analysis
We perform a comprehensive movement analysis to determine your dysfunction and help correct it. We prioritize patient education and want you to be your own best PT outside the clinic!
Our experts in biomechanical analysis help determine if custom orthotics are right for you and begin the fabrication process here in our clinic. This includes any future modifications as needed.
If you are involved in youth sports, are a “weekend warrior”, semi-pro or professional, we tailor your rehab to meet the specific demands of your sport.
Utilizing slow motion video analysis, we can more accurately identify your movement disorder and help to address it.
Custom Bike Fitting
Whether you’re a recreational cyclist, bike commuter, mountain biker, or triathlete, we perform a custom analysis of your position and “retro-fit “ your bike to fit you.
Are you experiencing dizziness? Benign Positional Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is the most common cause of vertigo. We can diagnose and treat this condition and help resolve your dizziness!
