What We Offer

Prefer to not come into the clinic? Have COVID-related concerns? No problem. Our Physical Therapists can see you online! We offer secure telehealth visits that are reimbursed by most insurances and physician referral may not be required. If you are unsure if your insurance covers telehealth visits we encourage you to contact them. For further inquiries please contact our office by phone or via our contact page.

How long does therapy typically take?

Each visit lasts one hour and is one on one with a licensed physical therapist.

When can I expect from the process?

After your initial evaluation, your PT will recommend a plan of care that may involve coming in weekly for weeks or months. The length of your recovery depends on many factors, some of which include the severity of the injury, and history.

What do I need for my first appointment?

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you may fill out the necessary paperwork and for our front office to take your information. To expedite this you can fill these out beforehand by downloading them from our website on the Resources page. You can either email the completed forms or submit them when you check-in.
